No, all the charges are reflected in the initial contract. However any additional changes, features or configurations that are not reflected in the initial contract will be charged and treated as a separate engagement.

You may change vendor at any time you desire. Please note that in doing so, you will forfeit any unused services stated in the contract, such as hosting, maintenance or support. Any remaining payments have to be made in full before we transfer the files to you. After the transfer has taken place, we are under no obligation provide any further services including, but not limited to installation, configuration or support.

You may re-engage our services after termination for the development of a new website. If you wish to re-engage our services for an existing website, we will deem that the website has been tampered by a third party. In such a case, we will only be able to provide maintenance and support if you sign up for our premium services.

Yes, the website, domain name and design belongs to you. The design can only be used for a single domain, please do write in to inform us if you use to use the same design on a different domain.

The Content Management System used by Qarve is known to be search engine friendly. However the search engine algorithm is controlled by huge corporations like Google, Yahoo and Bing (Microsoft), hence we cannot guarantee that your website appears at the top of the search results for some keywords.

Yes, you can. However, for reasons of ease of access, ease of control and cost effectiveness, it is better to transfer the hosting of the domain name to us. (The domain name still belongs to you).

Our designers construct the website based on specific design principles, Hence if the design request contradicts basic design principles or break the aesthetics of the website, it will rejected.

The reason could be due to the system, budget or time constraint of the project that does not allow a specific feature or design to be implemented.

The estimated time to bring a fully functional and professional-looking CMS website to live is seven days. This may take longer if you require your CMS to be configured differently, or if layout customization is necessary. However, if you prefer to live your site as quickly as possible so as to capitalize on market opportunities, you may opt to launch a the CMS website with common configurations and default layout first. Configuration and layout customization can still take place thereafter.

Customers who prefer full customization in terms of design or workflow can engage our premium services. Such a website however, is more expensive and may take months to design and setup.
